1 10.5-oz. container NatureSweet® Sunbursts™ tomatoes
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger (minced)
1. Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan and heat over medium flame.
2. Bring to a brisk boil. Simmer until thick and tomatoes have cooked down a bit (about 15 minutes).
3. Pour into a jar for storage.
