- 2 packages (13 oz each) Miniature Reese’s Cups
- 4 cups cold 2% Milk
- 2 packages (5.1 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup creamy Peanut butter
- 4 teaspoons Vanilla extract
- 2 (8 oz each) containers of Cool Whip, thawed
Instructions:
- Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions. Pour into a greased 12 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs. Be careful not to overbake.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack. Once cooled, cut the brownies into 3/4-inch pieces.
- Halve the peanut butter cups for garnish and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the milk and pudding for 2 minutes until thick. Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until well incorporated. Gently fold in 1 1/2 containers of Cool Whip.
- In a 5-quart glass bowl, layer 1/3 of the brownie pieces. Sprinkle some of the halved Reese’s Cups over the brownies, then scoop 1/3 of the pudding mixture on top. Repeat the layering process twice more.
- Finish with the remaining Cool Whip and garnish with the reserved peanut butter cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving to allow the flavors to meld together beautifully.
