You can naturally detoxify your system by doing a homemade colon cleanse. The ingredients you will need for the preparation of this remedy are apples, lemon, ginger and sea salt. All of them are high in nutrients which will improve the overall health, not just the colon condition.
Do not consume it if you suffer from diabetes. Its preparation will take you only 5 minutes:
- 1 teaspoon of ginger juice
- 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon of sea salt
- ½ cup of pure apple juice
- ½ cup of lukewarm filtered water
(For one serving)
In a regular pan, pour 3.5 oz. of filtered water and warm it, but do not bring it to boil, as you should drink the juice immediately after its preparation. Then, add the sea salt, stir well, and add the apple juice, ginger juice, and lemon juice. Stir again. You can do this colon cleanse procedure for one day only, or you can continue performing it up to a week.
