- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Add Eggs: Incorporate eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients: Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well incorporated.
- Stir in Extras: Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.
- Scoop and Bake: Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Cool: Let the cookies cool on the sheets for 2 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
