  • 1/3 lb sliced ham
  • 1/4 lb pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup sliced banana peppers
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oven and Pan: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent dough and separate the triangles.
  2. Arrange the Dough: Place the triangles on a 12-inch pizza pan, forming a ring with the points facing outward and overlapping slightly at the base.
  3. Add Cheese and Meats: Layer half of the provolone on the wide parts of the dough. Then add the roasted red peppers, salami, ham, and pepperoni.
  4. Add Peppers and Basil: Sprinkle banana peppers and chopped basil over the meats, and top with the remaining cheese.
  5. Fold and Seal: Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling, tucking under the base to form a ring.
  6. Apply Egg Wash and Seasonings: Brush the ring with the beaten egg. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
