Snowball Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt ( or less)
powdered sugar, reserved
DIRECTIONS:
Cream butter until light.
Add all other ingredients, except the powdered sugar.
Mix well.
Shape into 1″ balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees 15 minutes.
(These should be light in color. Do not brown!) Cool and roll in powdered sugar.
