- 10 oz marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/2 cup chocolate spread (such as Nutella)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare Your Base: Line a large baking sheet with wax paper. Melt butter in a large pot over low heat. Add 10 oz marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Mix in Cereal: Stir in the Rice Krispies until well coated. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in a thin layer.
- Add S’mores Flavors: Spread chocolate spread over the cereal layer. Evenly sprinkle mini marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, and mini chocolate chips over the top.
- Roll It Up: Start from one end and tightly roll up the layer to form a log. Wrap in wax paper.
- Chill and Slice: Refrigerate the roll for at least 30 minutes. Once set, slice into pinwheels.
