Slow Cooker Meat Loaf
Ingredients:
1 1/3c breadcrumbs
1lb ground beef
1 1/2c grated onion
1t Italian seasoning
3/4t salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 garlic clove, minced
4T ketchup
3T dijon mustard
1/4t ground red pepper
How to make it
*Combine bread crumbs and Italian seasoning. Combine with beef, onion, salt, eggs and garlic in a large bowl. Form into a loaf and place in slow cooker.
*Combine ketchup, mustard and pepper in a small bowl, stirring with fork. Spread ketchup mixture evenly over top and sides of loaf.
*Cover with lid, cook on low 5 hours.
