- 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, seeded and finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Pita bread or fresh vegetables for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
- Chill the Sauce: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the tzatziki sauce for at least 1 hour to enhance the flavors.
- Warm the Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the cooked shrimp and sauté for about 2-3 minutes, just until they are heated through.
- Serve: Arrange the warmed shrimp on a platter with the chilled tzatziki sauce in a serving bowl. Accompany with pita bread or a selection of fresh vegetables for dipping.
