  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, seeded and finely diced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Pita bread or fresh vegetables for serving

  1. Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
  2. Chill the Sauce: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the tzatziki sauce for at least 1 hour to enhance the flavors.
  3. Warm the Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the cooked shrimp and sauté for about 2-3 minutes, just until they are heated through.
  4. Serve: Arrange the warmed shrimp on a platter with the chilled tzatziki sauce in a serving bowl. Accompany with pita bread or a selection of fresh vegetables for dipping.
