Salmon on the Grill with Lemon Butter:
8 Salmon steaks
1/4 c Butter (melted)
2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Chopped parsley
1/4 ts rosemary, dried (Crushed)
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Coarsely ground pepper
Brush fish lightly with oil. In the bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Place salmon on a well-oiled, hinged grill.
Baste salmon with lemon butter mixture & cook for 5 minutes, then turn & continue cooking for 5 minutes. Baste with lemon butter several times during cooking.
