- 12 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- Sour cream, for serving
- Salsa, for serving
Instructions
- Cook Beef and Onion: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is thoroughly browned and the onions are soft, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add Flavors: Drain any excess grease. Stir in the taco seasoning and Rotel tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes to meld the flavors.
- Prepare Shells: Heat the taco shells according to the package instructions.
- Assemble Tacos: Fill each shell with the beef mixture, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Serve with Extras: Offer sour cream and salsa on the side for added flavor.
