1 Graham cracker crust
32-ounce Cream cheese
1 1/4 cup Sugar
4 Eggs
2 tablespoon Vanilla
1 1/2 c Pumpkin (canned)
1/4 cup Cream
1 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg

Soften cream cheese. Beat in sugar, then eggs one at a time, then add everything else. Pour in crust. Bake one hour at 350. Let cool for an hour, then refrigerate.
