- 2 (1 lb each) pork tenderloins, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the pork dry and rub with olive oil. Season well with salt and pepper.
- Mix the Herb Butter: Combine garlic, rosemary, thyme, and butter in a bowl.
- Sear the Pork: In a skillet over medium-high, sear the tenderloins until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Apply Herb Butter: Spread the herb butter over the pork in the skillet.
- Roast to Perfection: Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the thermometer reads 145°F.
- Rest and Serve: Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes, slice, and then drizzle with the juices from the pan.
