My family loves this recipe. I have even cooked it for my dad and he is picky, but he loved it and has seconds. We will not eat pork tenderloin unless it is cooked this way. You have got to try it, very well worth it.

To make this delicious Old South Coca-Cola Pork Loin you’ll need:

Ingredients:

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 cup Coca-Cola

1/2 cup dark brown sugar

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons oil

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1/3 cup ketchup

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon dry mustard

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon thyme, crushed

5 pounds pork loin roast, boned

Coca-Cola Sauce:

1 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

2 tablespoons butter

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

2/3 cup Coca-Cola

Sea salt and fresh ground pepper
