- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping, divided
- 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
- 12 vanilla sandwich cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish. Chill in the refrigerator to set.
- Cream Cheese Layer: Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread over the chilled crust.
- Add the Cherry Layer: Evenly spread cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
- Cookie Crumble: Sprinkle crushed vanilla sandwich cookies on top of the cherry layer.
- Final Touch: Spread the remaining whipped topping over the cookie crumbs. Garnish with mini chocolate chips.
- Chill: Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours to set the layers.
