- 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- French bread, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat Your Oven: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Create the Sauce: In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter with olive oil. Add the garlic and sauté until it’s fragrant.
- Add Flavors: Stir in Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, oregano, thyme, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer briefly.
- Prepare the Shrimp: Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Combine and Cook: Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and fully cooked.
- Serve and Enjoy: Dish out the shrimp with its sauce and fresh French bread for dipping.
