- 1 baguette, cut into 4 equal parts
- 12 cooked meatballs
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Boats: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Hollow out each baguette piece to form a boat, being careful not to pierce the bottom. Brush the insides with olive oil.
- Fill Boats: Place three meatballs in each boat. Top with marinara sauce.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the sauce.
- Bake: Arrange the boats on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh basil. Serve hot and enjoy!
