ITALIAN GARLIC SHRIMP:
I love going to those steak houses in Canada and eating those giant shrimp with cocktail sauce. Or a get-together, well, I am the first one looking for one of those shrimp rings.
To tell the truth, when I am back home, I still think that way. But here, there are no shrimp rings with cocktail sauce, but there are shrimp.
The first time I had Sautéed Shrimp was when I was newly married, and my husband and I were invited to our excellent friends’ house for dinner.
To make this delicious ITALIAN GARLIC SHRIMP you’ll need:
Ingredients:
1 lb extra-large or jumbo RAW shrimp
1 stick butter
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 lemon
1 tbsp minced garlic
Directions:
Clean and devein the shrimp. (I buy shell-on deveined shrimp and just remove the shell )
In a medium saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic for a 1minute.
Add shrimp and sprinkle on Italian seasoning. Cook covered for 2 minutes.
Squeeze halved lemon over shrimp and then sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.
Cook for another 1 minute or until shrimp turns white.
Add your favorite side and enjoy!
