Instructions

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Prepare the Batter: Stir in the milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth. Spread the batter evenly in the ungreased 9-inch square baking pan.
