Homemade Strawberry Cheesecake

A simple delicious layered dessert with graham crackers, no-bake cheesecake filling, and fresh strawberries, it’s so yum!


Graham cracker crumbs, about 1 1/2 cups

3 to 3 1/2 Tbsp Butter melted

2 to 2 1/2 Tbsp Sugar

2 8oz pkg. Cream Cheese softened

1 3oz pkg. Cream Cheese softened

1 cup granulated Sugar

2 to 2 1/4 tsp grated lemon peel

1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla

3 EB eggs


Heat oven to 350* Mix Cracker crumbs, The 2 tbsp Sugar Together, then mix in melted butter, press mixture in the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan?

Bake 10 minutes or till it starts to brown around the edges, let cool, Now Set oven temp to 300* Beat Cream Cheese in a large mixing bowl and add the 1 cup of sugar slowly.

Then beat till light and fluffy, now add lemon peel, Vanilla, and then beat in eggs one at a time, after mixing well pour over crust?

Bake 1 Hr or till Center is firm when touched. check it after the Hr has expired, Cool to room temperature,

At this point you can experiment with whatever you desire I have used all different types of toppings for this Delicious Cheese Cake from Strawberries, Blueberries, Cherrys, Chocolate.

And even Lemon which is my favorite, just let your imagination run away with you and have fun doing it you will be amazed at what you come up with ENJOY!!
