- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix Cocoa and Coconut Oil: In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil and cocoa powder until smooth and fully combined.
- Add Sweetener and Flavoring: Stir in the honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the chocolate mixture into silicone molds or a lined muffin tin to create individual portions.
- Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolates are completely set.
- Unmold and Store: Once solid, pop the chocolates out of the molds. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer to keep them firm.
