  • Total Time: 36 minute
  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved or quartered depending on size
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat Grill or Oven: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the steak, potatoes, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Prepare Foil Packets: Divide the mixture among four large sheets of aluminum foil. Fold the edges of the foil up and seal the packets well.
  4. Cook: Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, or bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the steak reaches your desired doneness and the potatoes are tender.
  5. Add Cheese: Open the packets carefully, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and return to the grill or oven for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve directly from the packets for a delightful meal.
