- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved or quartered depending on size
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Grill or Oven: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the steak, potatoes, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Prepare Foil Packets: Divide the mixture among four large sheets of aluminum foil. Fold the edges of the foil up and seal the packets well.
- Cook: Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, or bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the steak reaches your desired doneness and the potatoes are tender.
- Add Cheese: Open the packets carefully, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and return to the grill or oven for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve directly from the packets for a delightful meal.
