- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa (choose your preferred heat level)
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- Combine Base Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, and taco seasoning until smooth.
- Add Cheeses and Veggies: Stir in cheddar, Monterey Jack, black beans, corn, and red bell pepper.
- Chill: Transfer the dip to a serving dish. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to blend the flavors.
- Garnish and Serve: Just before serving, sprinkle with fresh cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
