- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can sweet peas, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can sliced carrots, drained
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Brown the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onions are soft.
- Combine in Crockpot: Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot. Add the corn, peas, carrots, tomato soup, water, and all seasonings.
- Slow Cook to Perfection: Stir well to mix everything. Cover and set to cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Final Stir and Serve: Give the mixture a good stir before serving to blend the flavors once more.
