Crock Pot Bowtie Casserole:
We tried this a few weeks back and LOVED IT! It’s in my crockpot right now, simmering away! It is so easy but simple rich, and delicious with texas toast and a salad, and it makes a great dinner.
I like the idea one of the readers suggested adding a bit of wine while cooking the sauce and might try that tonight.
This is an easy-to-make casserole in a slow cooker and has many potentials! Think using cubed chicken or minced pork.
For greens instead of spinach, try some of the gardens available at Tesco and most open markets, like Chinese Cabbage or Mustard Greens.
