For the Cake:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon

- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 5 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare Your Baking Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Mix the Cake Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth. Gradually mix in the melted butter. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Create the Cinnamon Filling: In a medium bowl, blend the softened butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon until well combined. Drop spoonfuls of this mixture over the cake batter. Swirl through with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake the Cake: Place in the oven and bake for 28-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center.
- Make the Glaze: While the cake bakes, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the Finishing Touch: Once the cake is done, remove from the oven. While still warm, drizzle the glaze over the top. Allow the cake to cool slightly before serving.
