6 cups Chicken broth
3 medium carrots (sliced)
2 medium stalks celery (sliced)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 tin Mushrooms
1 pound Cooked chicken breasts (cut in chunks)
1 cup Fusilli pasta (cooked)
1/4 cup fresh parsley
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or till vegetables are tender.
Add parsley and simmer 10 minutes longer.
Add cooked fusilli or your favorite pasta and serve.
