- Boil: Allow the mixture to boil for exactly 1 minute for the perfect consistency.
- Mix in Peanut Butter and Vanilla: Remove from heat and immediately stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until smooth and well combined.
- Add Oats: Stir in the oats thoroughly, ensuring they are fully mixed into the chocolate.
- Shape Cookies: Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Flatten slightly with the back of the spoon.
- Cool and Set: Let the cookies cool and set at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or chill in the refrigerator to firm up quicker.
