- 2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 10 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup salsa (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet lightly.
- Combine Filling: In a mixing bowl, mix the chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, parsley, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Fill Tortillas: Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Spread the chicken mixture evenly down the center of each tortilla.
- Roll and Place: Roll up the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake: Put them in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they are lightly golden and the filling is hot.
- Serve: Offer the roll ups hot, accompanied by salsa for dipping if you like.
