- 2 pounds red potatoes, cubed
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Oven and Pan: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a large baking sheet.
- Season the Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake the Potatoes: Spread the seasoned potatoes on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Add Sausage: Mix the sliced sausage with the partially cooked potatoes and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
- Cheese and Broil: Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the cooked potatoes and sausage. Return to the oven until the cheese melts.
- Garnish and Serve: Drizzle with mixed sour cream and milk, then garnish with parsley before serving.
