Campfire Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
- Prepare a large piece of heavy-duty foil (about 20″x20″). Place the sliced potatoes and onion in the center of the foil.
- Dot the potatoes and onions with butter.
- In a small bowl, mix together the shredded cheddar cheese, minced parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the potatoes.
- Carefully fold the foil up around the potatoes and pour the chicken broth into the packet. Seal the foil tightly to create a pouch.
