  • 3 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning, divided
  • 1 tsp. ground thyme
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 lb. linguini, cooked and drained

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Proteins:
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the sausage slices and sauté until browned. Remove and set aside.
