- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare Your Pan: Line an 8×8 inch square pan with parchment paper or foil. Lightly grease it with butter or non-stick spray.
- Combine Ingredients: In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk.
- Microwave: Heat on high for 1 minute. Stir the mixture, then continue to microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add Flavors: Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Set the Fudge: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Chill: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until it is firm.
- Cut and Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the edges of the parchment or foil. Cut into squares.
